The Glenmavis Group wish to ensure that all people working under our name when performing a task will have the appropriate training and qualification to carry out their tasks safely and efficiently.

- Employees
- Contract workers
- Agency workers
- Trainee workers and students on work experience or placements
- Volunteer workers
- Sub contractors
Certificates
The Glenmavis Group aims to implement full accredited contractor status in the following contractor schemes where this is appropriate to the work each individual company is involved in:
- CHAS
- Constructionline
All employees will be appropriately trained and qualified as required by legislation. Employees will also receive additional training & qualifications as a matter of best practice or when determine by the directors/partners to be beneficial.
All certificates for such training & qualifications will be safely stored and copies can be produced on request.
Sub Contracting
Before any work is undertaken by a subcontractor on behalf of the Glenmavis Group, we will seek assurances from the subcontractor that all the subcontractor staff are suitably trained and qualified to carry out the task they are being hired for. Documentary evidence will be requested where appropriate prior to any work commencing.
